Who performs the ceremony?

The deputy Mayor of the Town Hall performs the ceremony.

I don’t want to get married in the Town Hall; what other options do I have?

Upon request: you go to the Town Hall and sign the legal papers. At your return to the Oceania Club we arrange for a small ceremony on the grounds of the Oceania Club, where you will read the vows again.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

In case of any unexpected weather conditions, while you have required your wedding reception to be held outdoor, we will do our best to move your wedding reception to an indoor area.

How soon after our wedding shall we get our photos and DVD?

The photos and DVD will be ready for you in 1 week.

If my departure is earlier, will you send the photos and DVD to my home address?

Yes, with courier, subject to an extra charge.

Can we bring our own recorded music?

Please feel free to bring any preferable music that is your favourite!

Which kind of flowers do the bride’s bouquet and the groom’s boutonnière in the wedding packages include?

The basic bride’s bouquet contains approximately 40 roses in any desirable colours and the groom’s boutonnière has the same flower and colour.

How do we get to the town hall for the wedding ceremony and back to the resort afterwards?

Our Wedding Coordinator will arrange a taxi transfer roundtrip, Oceania Club-Town Hall-Oceania Club (max 3 adults included in the wedding packages). For more than 3 persons a taxi transfer can be arranged on request, with an extra charge of approximately 114.00 GBP/taxi. Bus transfer upon request for 50 persons.

When shall we get our Marriage Certificate?

The officially signed Marriage Certificate will be given to you three working days after the wedding day.
If you leave the country earlier, it will be sent to you by courier, with an extra charge.
